It is composed by a large and elegant living room with couches; in front of the living room there is a big terrace (the first of three)  with a sitting room in the open air and a big table to eat outside.

The apartment kitchen is equipped with professional cooking tools and a refrigerator with an ice producer, a dining room with a table that sits up to 6 people, right over the living room there is a study area.

The apartment is provided with wifi hi speed internet access, a bedroom with bathroom that has a Jacuzzi; in front of the bedroom there is a sitting room garden (second terrace) outside in the open air; in the upper part of the apartment there is another terrace (third) with a jacuzzi with an incredible view over the roof of Rome. This terrace has hot shower and a large external sitting room with sun loungers. It is furnished with air conditioning in all the rooms, laundry area, dishwasher, TV in every room (Netflix, Prime, Now, Disney+ are included) professional hi-fi system. VERY HIGH SEASON: christmas, new year (23/12 - 1/1), easter week (from wednesday before easter to tuesday after easter).

Easter weeks: 2023 = 5 to 11 of April, 2024 = 27 of March to 2 of April, 2025 = 16 to 22 of April, 2026 = 1 to 7 of April, 2027 = 24 to 30 of April.

At time of booking, in order to garantee your reservation, it is required to pay full balance. On the total due will be added 70 € for final cleaning + 5,00 € per day, per person for city tax (max 10 days).
