The outside of the villa consists of a beautiful private park of over 1,000 square meters with lawn, fruit and olive trees. In addition, the organic garden will allow you to cook seasonal products with unique flavors.
The villa has a private infinity pool (open from june to september) and natural wood flooring. The area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, hammock, and a patio with large sofas and a dining table for 12 people to eat outside. Next to the pool the dining area has a fridge, electric stove, sink, wood stove, pizza oven and a barbecue. Complement the wonderful park, a field regular beach tennis in the grass, a ping pong area and car parking at the rear.
The villa is on two floors, the first there is a large living room with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floor. The living room and dining room and a patio for outdoor dining as well as an outdoor area is adjoining with sofas with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan Maremma. The fully equipped kitchen, adjacent dining room has a fridge, oven, microwave include ai, toaster, kettle, blender, utensils, dishes and glasses. Two large bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a toilet for guests complete the first part of this extraordinary villa.
The lower floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, plus 1 service room. All rooms have en suite bath.
This floor also has a gym and a TV room with 75-inch screen with surround sound system, satellite channels in English (Sky Television).
All rooms have air conditioning and wi-fi.
A caretaker / gardener who will handle the check-in and check-out and any home maintenance and reorganization of the exterior (pool) daily. time availability from 7 to 19 and after hours, on guest's request.
Location
The property is located 6 km from Pescia Romana and 9 km from Pescia Fiorentina. The beach is less than a 15-minute drive. At 9 km there is The Tarot Garden, an artistic park composed of cyclopean sculptures, high from 12 to 15 meters, depicting the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot realizzto by the artist Niki de Saint Phalle, it is a real air museum open, perfectly nestled in the hills of Maremma, an exceptional charm to the park, unique in the world, one of the most important examples of environmental art in Italy. Just 12 km there is the Archaeological Park of Vulci reachable by mountain bike along the dell'Abbadia road, a dirt road in the middle of the campaign that marks the border between the Tuscan Maremma and the Tuscia. The whole area of the Maremma, from Capalbio to Scansano, as well as for the beauty of the villages, is famous for its wine roads and cellars, even small wine-growers but of great quality, which can be visited.
