To make your stay super comfortable the apartment is provided with high quality flat Smart Tv (Netflix and Prime - with your subscription) and Hi-Fi Stereo, Wi-Fi internet con nection, docking station for iPhone and iPod, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, espresso machine and toaster. Location 

Located in the heart of medieval area of Trastevere, the most picturesque neighborhood where you can still breathe the atmosphere of ancient Rome. All major attractions including Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona can be easily reached by walk.

Trastevere is a great place for a relaxing drink  at the end of a long day in the evenings and it is surrounded by many open air fine restaurants and bars with live music.

VERY HIGH SEASON: christmas, new year (23/12 - 1/1), easter week (from wednesday before easter to tuesday after easter).

Easter weeks: 2023 = 5 to 11 of April, 2024 = 27 of March to 2 of April, 2025 = 16 to 22 of April, 2026 = 1 to 7 of April, 2027 = 24 to 30 of April.

At time of booking, in order to garantee your reservation, it is required to pay full balance. On the total due will be added 70 € for final cleaning + 5,00 € per day, per person for city tax (max 10 days).
