Unlike many other apartments we manage our properties ourselves with no intermediary. This means more attention to our clients and their needs. 

We provide for all of our guests:

- a tour guide in English, in digital format for use on your mobile device, 

- a guide with information about the apartment and the surrounding area such as restaurants (non-touristic), places to visit, and transportation info.

We believe that while in the eternal city you should spend your time exploring the city not looking for things that you may need for the apartment. Our apartments, are provided with dish and hand soap, shampoo, soap and softener for the washing machine, toilet paper, a sewing kit, towels and linens and because your safety is important to us, a first aid kit, emergency light, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

This apartment has everything you need and more to have a fantastic stay in a perfect location that is extremely quiet. Especially for 2 friends traveling together, 2 couples or a Mother & Daughter like us because the rooms are situated on opposite sides of the apartment with their own nice bathrooms and a very spacious living room & dining area. The host has made a great Binder of information that we loved! Amazing restaurants, markets, huge botanical garden and an amazing view of all of Rome are literally just steps away from this apartment! 

Very easy for people who don't want a lot of stairs too as there is only about 5 easy steps up to the apartment. 

We miss it already & won't hesitate to stay again. Don't pass this listing up if it's available.”

"Everything about the stay was fantastic. We live in the US, but my husband was born and raised in Rome. This apartment is in the most fantastic area - it is right in the center of everything - you can walk to every site, but it is on a quiet street, so great for sleeping. Francesco's communication is awesome and he has thought of everything with the apartment. We also used his car service for to and from the airport - very reasonably priced and the drivers were fantastic. We travel a lot and hugely recommend this apartment."

"Great apartment, great location, great host! The location is fantastic being walking distance to most attractions -but still very quiet inside. Also well serviced by great restaurants and a good local supermercato with great deli and a good butcher nearby if you want to cook at home. The apartment is lovely and we felt right at home there. We stayed here over Christmas for 5 days and Francesco had 4 Christmas trees set up all with remote control Christmas lights! This was really lovely. Francesco was a great host. He contacted us a few days before we arrived to confirm arrangements and booked a car to met us at the airport. He was at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and give us some great tips on where to eat and what to do. A fantastic stay - thanks so much Francesco!."

“Francesco has been a perfect host. Communication was easy and smooth since the day of the booking. We found a cot and a highchair in the house for our baby as they kindly accommodated our request. 

The villa is even better in real life, it’s fully equipped with everything one might need and more. 

The view is outstanding and the weather is simply perfect. It was never too hot and the AC in all rooms made the nights very enjoyable. 

The month we spent here just flew, and we will treasure a lot of incredible memories of our time here with family and friends.
